In his return to the Duplex, actor/singer/writer/Hufflepuff/amateur guitarist Luke Winter shares the story of his quarter-life crisis that may or may not have involved latte art, summer camp, and a boatload of antidepressants. Using the easiest chord progressions he can find, Luke opens up about his struggles with mental health, sexuality, and playing a damn barre chord. (How does anyone contort their hand like that?! HOW?!)
A graduate of New York University's Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Theatre, Luke is a multihyphenate currently focused on working in film, but ask again in a few weeks and it may very well have changed. The comedic web series he co-wrote, "How to Do Everything", has been an Official Selection of the New Jersey WebFest, Miami WebFest, and Santa Monica WebFest. He is currently collaborating with filmmaker Jamila J Brown on Wontanara Street, a YouTube channel dedicated to accessible and diverse short films. Luke is thrilled to be returning to the Duplex after his 2018 cabaret, "#Adulting: Life Lessons with Luke"!
