District 3 Description
Chris Ricci was elected to Modesto City Council in District 3 in 2020. He ran on 100 ideas to improve Modesto and he won in a close three way race. Now it is time to do it all again. We need to focus on our city's biggest issues: reducing homelessness, improving forestry, increasing traffic enforcement, and an overall vision that Modesto isn't just a bedroom community, but deserves to be a great city full of life, diversity and hope.
