Sabor is an annual gastronomic and multicultural festival that takes place every August at the Denver Botanic Gardens, and attracts more than 3,000 attendees. 

A fun, cultural and engaging evening where attendees wonder the gardens, sip handcrafted beer, taste food from over 40 restaurants and enjoy Latin music, while making connections and learning about companies and organizations contributing to our rich, vibrant, and diverse community. 

We believe in the importance of promoting inclusion and an understanding of the diverse Hispanic market in Colorado.  By giving the spotlight to the restaurant industry, Sabor strategically

·       contributes to bolster local Hispanic businesses that support our vibrant economy,

·       builds connections between local Hispanic entrepreneurs, residents, community leaders, and organizations, and

·       provides funding and leadership development opportunities for local restaurant owners and other small businesses.
