Description
Participants will work with Snoqualmie Tribal members, teachers, and artists to learn the stories of the five species of Pacific Salmon, map the Snoqualmie watershed, and create your own map of the watershed using natural pigments found in Snoqualmie Valley soils.

This interactive workshop will involve story-telling, guided contemplation, and creation.Work with Josh Fackrell (Snoqualmie Tribe), Jeanne Dodds (talent from Endangered Species Coalition), Miranda Mellis (Evergreen State College Faculty), and Sheila Dearden (teacher, author).
