Dances of India presents its 46th Annual Performance by celebrating the legend behind Diwali, the Festival of Lights. * THIS SITE WORKS BEST ON GOOGLE CHROME. It's an adventurous tale of destiny and deceit: A demon-king kidnaps a princess, and the prince has to find and rescue her. This is taken from one of the great Indian epics, the Ramayana. Classical Bharata Natyam will be performed. Guest Artists will be performing including Saint Louis Ballet! PLEASE NOTE: ALL GUEST ARTISTS PERFORM ONLY FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. We also have Amarnath Ghosh and Sanjay Shantaram from India. Patrick Suzeau, a French contemporary dancer, will perform his unique combination of modern with Odissi. (Please Note: All Guest Artists Perform only Friday and Saturday. Sunday is a Family Matinee, where the entire school of Dances of India performs. The Wondrous Legend of Diwali will be performed as well.) Items Not Allowed
