The workshop series aims to support beauty & wellness owners in building or improving their operational infrastructure. The program will focus on helping participants develop and implement crucial components of their business operations, financial reporting, marketing, human resources, and customer relations.  Each class runs Mon-Fri for two weeks.  Class meets in person on first day of class.  Class time: 8:30am-3:30pm
