Jimmy Wooten is an Americana Artist born and raised in Shreveport, La. Jimmy has toured and recorded internationally since 2001. 2015-2017 Jimmy was the touring bassist for country music legend, Neal McCoy. During this time Jimmy was learning from Neal McCoy's one of a kind entertainment style and also playing 100 or so shows a year with his band and quickly building a following and a reputation for high energy shows. Starting in 2021 Jimmy has stopped touring with Neal McCoy to focus on writing and releasing his own music. Jimmy has released an EP and several singles since 2019 and is now gearing up to release his debut album, "Collision Course" on May 10 to all digital platforms.
