ColorSplash Festival is an electronic dance music festival combined with the Indian tradition of throwing colored powder. What is the color powder made of? The powder is made of rice flour and it is absolutely safe. We just provide high quality powder, which is certified – for your safety. Can I bring my Camera? Yes, you can bring your camera as long as it is not SLR or DSLR. You can also use your phone or any kind of personal camera. What should I wear? Most people will be wearing white clothes because of the effect of the colors. But you can wear any kind of clothes you like. Keep in mind that although the color powder is color-safe, it is pigmented and sometimes is difficult to remove from clothing. When do I throw the powder? There will be a countdown every hour. The screens and announcer will direct the entire audience in the countdown to the incredible event. You can’t miss it. Where do I get the powder? You can pre-order powder vouchers online with your ticket purchase at a discounted price or just buy it at the festival. There will be enough for everyone to enjoy. Can I bring my own powder? For safety reasons, no outside powder will be allowed in the festival. When is the start and finish? The doors open at 8:00 pm, the first color countdown is at 9:00 pm (be sure to get there in time!), and the final countdown of colors will be at 2:00 am. Is there an age restriction? Anyone 18 and over will be allowed to attend. A different wristband will be given for attendees 21 and older to indicate if they can drink alcoholic beverages. Valid ID will be required for entry. Will tickets be available the day of the festival? If the event is not sold out prior to the day of the festival, tickets will be available for purchase at the gate at additional costs. It is highly recommended that you purchase your tickets soon!
