About Ava Bastien

For more than 20 years, Ava Bastien has been using her creative culinary style to motivate people longing for a healthier life. Using a holistic approach, she helps clients achieve full-body wellness through dietary strategies and soul work.

Growing up in Trinidad, Ava's Creole and West Indian roots influence not only her recipes, but also her outlook on life. According to Ava, "you can always find positivity in a situation if you take the time to look." This optimism is her secret ingredient in everything she does - from preparing healthy meals to motivating clients. Ava helps people illuminate their own lights within.

About Adenike Walters

Natural Beauty Expert, Adenike Walters, will share her journey through the diagnosis of a seemingly incurable disease, to finding a cure by combining her two passions of healthy food and hair. You'll hear how embracing a lifestyle of full-body cleansing saved her life.

For years, Jamaican-born Adenike had listened to customers complain about their health. She recognized a troublesome connection: these body issues were directly connected to the overall state of their hair. She now teaches others how to experience a more balanced state of mind while connecting the dots between the two.

Can I get to the event by Subway? Take the J or Z trains to the Crescent St stop. Head East on Fulton towards Pine St. Turn Right on Pine St. Turn Left on Atlantic Ave. Venue will be on the North side of the street about 1/2 way down the block.

Is my ticket transferable? Absolutely, if you can't make it feel free to pass your ticket along to someone else who wants to learn how to Eat Their Way to Health!

What is the refund policy? No refunds - but again, if you can't make it feel free to pass your ticket on!
