We have three exciting new beers to choose from this month!
Plumpy - Raspebrry/Blackberry 5.5% ABV Kettle soured ale super fruited with 1.3 pounds of fruit purée per gallon with lactose added. This one drinks like a smoothie with a rich creaminess from the lactose addition. Must be kept cold at all times and consumed fresh. $14 - 750ml (Limit 1) Bière de Vin - Syrah 11.15% ABV Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Stringer Cellars (www.stringercellars.com). This wine/beer hybrid drinks like both a beer and a wine. Fermented in fresh dumped Cabernet Sauvignon barrels with red wine yeast and brettanomyces. Further fermented on Syrah grapes, skins and all, 36 hours off the vine from Stringer Cellars plot in Napa. Big bold flavors of both wine and beer compete in your mouth for attention. Brewed last May, this beer took us almost a full year to produce. $25 - 750ml (Limit 1) The Cashmere Sweater - IPA 7% ABV Hope bursted and double dry-hopped exclusively with Michigan grown Cashmere hops. Just like last time, this hazy IPA is bursting with flavors of pear, orange marmalade, and canned peaches. $8 - 500ml (Limit 3) Additional Information
You must print your ticket and bring it with you or have the barcode available on your phone. All tickets will be scanned before beer will be delivered. Duplicates will not be honored. Your beers must be picked up before 7pm on 4/14 or your beers will be donated back to 1840 Brewing Company and you will forfeit any payments made. 1840 Brewing Company reserves the right to re-sell any beers not picked up.
