Please join us on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, in the Ranch House Dining Room from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm for the Fine Wine Tasting Experience. This is an incredibly special event featuring more exclusive wines at a higher price point.

We are featuring two fantastic and different Chardonnays, as well as two Cabernets so you can experience the differences varietals can have. We are also introducing a red blend that is one of the most complex available. This event will showcase the battle between two Chardonnays and two Cabernets with an incredible Red Blend in between.

1^st Taste

Bravium Chardonnay 2021

Baked Green Apple Rosette
with sweetened creamed ricotta, and cinnamon

2^nd Taste

Quattro Theory Chardonnay 2022

Poached Lobster Tail
over lemon chips with clarified butter
*Vegetarian/Non-Seafood – Seasoned tofu replaces lobster

3^rd Taste

Neyers Red Blend 2020

Cordial Cherry Bite
Amarena cherry and nougat served in a dark chocolate shell

4^th Taste

Iron and Sands Cabernet 2021

Smoked Pork Belly
BBQ brown sugar rub, topped with caramelized peaches
*Vegetarian – jack fruit replaces Pork Belly

5^th Taste

Quattro Theory Cabernet ’19

Braised Cabbage Roll
with sliced beef sirloin, topped with roasted tomato sauce, crème fraiche
*Vegetarian - Portobello Mushroom replaces sirloin

Ticket Price: $87.75 per person. No refunds. All reservations and payments must be made through Purple Pass.

Ticket sales will be limited to 80 attendees. This is a Member Only event.

Deadline to purchase tickets is Thursday, March 14th at 12 noon.

Each attendee will receive one ticket and the drawings will be held during tasting with winning tickets drawn at random!
