Champagne and its companion sparkling wines are some of the wine world's most popular wines. We sample sparkling wines from Italy and Spain, non-vintage wines in the Champagne tradition and vintage Champagnes. We'll pair with delicious cheeses and a most amazing caviar pie. Tasting will be led by certified sommelier Katie Califano from Fedway.

This is a fund raiser for Second Chance NJ, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit that trains previously incarcerated individuals to become prep cooks in local resturant kitchens.
