Overview

Montford Park Players, an Asheville theatrical tradition, is proud to announce the upcoming presentation of A Midsummer Night's Dream, by William Shakespeare. The play will be presented at the Hazel Robinson Amphitheater, located at 92 Gay Street in the heart of the Montford region of Asheville, June 1 through the 30th. Performances will be on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, beginning at 7:30pm and, like all of Montford’s offerings, will be absolutely FREE to attend.

We hope you’ll start your summer right with a trip to the Hazel Robinson Amphitheatre. It’s funny, it’s frivolous, and, as always with MPP productions, IT’S FREE!


Montford Park Players has been presenting Shakespeare and other classical works to the Asheville community since 1973, and has since grown to be one of Western North Carolina’s most beloved and well-known cultural attractions.
