About Michelle Dwyer:

Michelle Dwyer is a holistic health coach and certified nutrition consultant in Oakland, California. She loves to support people in their journeys toward greater wellness, energy and vibrancy. Michelle has Master of Science degree in Health and Nutrition Education is a professional member of and Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition® with the National Association of Nutrition Professionals. Her areas of specialty include plant-based eating plans, food allergies and sensitivities, healthy weight loss, sugar cravings and blood sugar regulation, hormonal balance, and lifestyle management.  She works with clients both locally and across the country via Skype or phone. About Karine Brighten:

Karine has been producing vegan events in the SF Bay Area for 6 years and she is also Certified Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor. She loves combining her two passions together as much as possible. Karine teaches Spinning, Bootcamp, and Foam Rolling classes at Bridges Rock Gym.

Karine has been eating a plant-based diet for 8 years and thrives on inspiring people to lead more compassionate and healthy lifestyles. She spends lots of time in the kitchen! Making almost everything from scratch, and only eating at restaurants once in a while. Eating a clean, non-processed diet has really helped her with digestive issues and has given her energy to sustain her active lifestyle. She loves mango chia seed puddings, date balls, Vega smoothies, and one-pot meals.

In her spare time, Karine loves being outdoors as much as possible. Hiking with her husband and two dogs, mountain biking, camping, and going to the beach.
