Lost credit card or unable to bring it to the Will Call booth

If you lost your credit card, please bring a government issued ID to Will Call to retrieve your tickets. If you are unable to bring the credit card, ID card, or someone else purchased the tickets for you, you must bring a copy of the front and back of the card along with a copy of the ID of the person who purchased the tickets. 

If you are unable to bring the proper documentation, it is at the discretion of the event organizer to give you the ticket(s).
