San Bernardino Fatherhood is excited to announce the Walter Beasley Jazz Concert: A Tribute To Fathers as a highlight in bringing awareness to the importance of fathers in the lives of children, families, and communities. This event highlights the importance of all fathers, especially our African-American/Black fathers, who support maternal health and infant care to decrease maternal and infant deaths in San Bernardino County.
Walter Beasley, a saxophonist, recording artist, performer, and composer, released his first album in 1987. Since 1998, he has been one of the top ten best-selling saxophonists in the world. Walter's style of music falls between contemporary R&B and contemporary jazz, a blend called "smooth jazz."
This event seeks to soften its guest's hearts, minds, and souls in a meaningful tribute to the importance of fathers in the lives of children, families, and communities.
