Overview
The Listening Room is an intimate performance experience pairing original choreography from Momentum Dance Collective with songs written and performed live by Alaskan singer/songwriters. The audience will be seated in our studio to witness heartfelt melodies up close, movement, and lyrics from some of the brightest minds in the music and dance scene in our community.
Momentum dancers will be joined by an impressive line-up of musical talent including Rosie Rush, Ashley Young, Katie Martini, Shane Russell, Cody Allison, and Ric Ruttum. Drawing from personal stories, The Listening Room invites us all to take a pause, take a breath, and appreciate the shared human experience that connects us all. You will leave feeling inspired and energized by what is possible when the worlds of live music and dance intersect.

Outside doors open an hour prior to the show to allow time to check in, relax in our gallery, and visit the bar. Studio doors will open 30 min before showtime for you to find a seat and enjoy live pre-show music from our guest artists.
