Join us on Friday, September 13th for Punk Rock Yoga at Workhorse Brewing Company! Flow with a soundtrack of music from artists such as the Menzingers, The Clash, Gaslight Anthem, and more. Move through an hour class with 200-hour certified yoga teachers from Monarch Yoga in Philadelphia that will help stretch and relax you. The yoga class will be followed by a special Happy Hour with your first pint for free. Cheers!

A Little Bit About the Instructor:
Meredith: Before being a part of the beer and yoga scene, Meredith booked punk and ska shows throughout central and southeastern PA with her booking company, Cherry Darling Productions. Now as part of the events, beer, and spirits industry and a busy small business owner, Meredith relies on yoga to maintain a balanced and mindful life. Music and movement can be mediation in any form.
After finishing the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Monarch Yoga in Philadelphia, she is excited to make yoga accessible and available for everyone, especially for folks in the industry and musicians. Enjoy a playlist of punk, ska, and emo music during her classes!
