In 1945, eight years after Amelia Earhart’s disappearance, a group of Australian soldiers inadvertently stumbled upon her downed airplane in the jungles of Papa New Guinea.
Just over two years ago, Michael Carra, Aviation and Military Historian, led an heroic expedition into the jungles of Papa New Guinea to find Earhart.
