Truck Arrival & Departure

Antique trucks may NOT occupy show ground space BEFORE Noon on Thursday, June 12, 2025. EVERYTHING must be removed by 7:00 AM Monday June 16, 2025.

T-shirt Orders will be accepted until May 9, 2025 at 8:00 am.  At that time, the T-shirts will be removed from this site.  T-shirts that are ordered and pre-paid will be available at the ATCA National Meet for your pickup.

Truck Registrations will be accepted until June 1, 2025 at 8:00 am. At that time, all remaining items on this site will be removed.  If unable to pre-register, registration will be accepted on the days of the show.

Show Vehicle Regulations

• All exhibited vehicles must be equipped with a working fire extinguisher.
• Exhibitors must have all vehicles secured by a working parking brake or wheel chocks.
• Show trucks must be at least 25 years old (2000 or older) to park on the show field.
• Any truck that is modifed, or a show truck less than 25 years old (2001 or newer) must be approved by the show committee. A photo must be provided for review and consideration.

• Every vehicle, including trailers, must be covered by the owner’s liability Insurance.  The exception will be non-operational vehicles brought in on and NOT removed from trucks and/or trailers.
• Fuel tanks must be capped.  Fuel leaks are grounds for refusing entry to the show, or removal by towing.  Towing and clean-up of fuel or oil spills will be at the vehicle owner’s expense.
• Truck Corral vehicles must be operational or remain on a trailer during the event.

Golf Cart and Personal Mobility Vehicle Regulations

• Motorized golf carts and personal mobility vehicles must be registered with a cell phone number on record at the registration booth.

• Proof of liability insurance must be provided at the time of registration to obtain a permit that will allow use of the golf cart on the show grounds during the event.

• Golf carts without a registration permit will not be allowed on the show grounds.

• Operators of all golf carts must have a valid DMV issued driver's license and always operate the vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.

• Any personal mobility vehicle that is not an electric mobility device or a standard golf cart must be approved by the show committee. A photo must be provided for review and consideration.

• The ATCA Show Committee restricts operation of golf carts during increased spectator traffic hours including but not limited to 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday. Additional restrictions may be announced during the show.

• ATCA reserves the right to revoke usage of any golf cart at their discretion.

Payment is through PayPal.  PayPal accepts credit/debit cards without an existing PayPal account (you do NOT need to create (or have) a PayPal account - just use your credit or debit card).

Credit/Debit Card - Processing Fees will be shown and added to your order.  This allows the ATCA to receive the full amount of each transaction.

Camper Space (Self contained) - NO DAY OF SHOW REGISTRATION - Pre-Registration only.

•••ATCA National Meet Camping•••
Campers for the ATCA National Meet will once again be located at the Macungie VFW post.  Due to a fire, the main VFW building will be closed but they will have food and drink available at the Tiki Bar for the summer season.  
Since their phone is out of order, please send an email to:

to secure your camping spot.
Your email must include the size of your camper, the size of your towing unit, and number of support vehicles that will occupy your spot. The VFW’s fee is $50 per vehicle.

This site allows for registering up to 10 trucks.  If you need to register more, email to:  office@antiquetruckclub.org.  Include your contact information: full name, address, city, state, ZIP, phone number, email address, year, make, and model of each additional truck (don't register a truck twice).
