Overview
Join Media Chamber Chorale this Spring for an inspiring concert dedicating to bringing people together through music! The central piece will be Joseph Fitzmartin's Concert Mass. Mr. Fitzmartin is a distinguished composer with a long history in the Philadelphia region. In addition to the Concert Mass, we will perform several beautiful, uplifting pieces from a variety of genres, including Michael Jackson's "Heal the World."
Media Chamber Chorale began in 1984 with a group of professional and dedicated amateur singers who wished to perform quality music in a chamber setting. We have performed annual winter and spring concerts since 1992, and we have been asked to sing at numerous community venues including Tyler Arboretum, Longwood Gardens, the Delaware County Summer Festival in Rose Tree Park, retirement communities, and the PA Renaissance Faire. We also perform annually at the Wallingford Community Arts Center's holiday craft fair.
We sing diverse music that includes standard choral repertoire as well as spirituals, opera excerpts, show tunes, madrigals, and folk songs.
